Open Budget Survey 2025 Result Forum

I had the privilege of joining the Open Budget Survey 2025 Result Forum at the Department of Budget and Management’s central office in San Miguel, Manila.

The forum also featured the launch of the DBM Executive Dashboard, a centralized digital platform aimed at strengthening transparency and accessibility of budget-related data and key fiscal documents.

The Philippines’ continued progress in budget transparency and public participation is a testament to what reform-driven governance can achieve. I stand firmly behind the DBM’s commitment to building systems that are open, accountable, and worthy of the public’s confidence.
