Terra Madre Asia & Pacific Public Talks on Food, Farming, and the Climate Crisis

Building climate-resilient food systems means shifting from short-term fixes to long-term, ecosystem-based solutions. As a lawmaker, I remain committed to advancing policies that empower farmers, protect our environment, and secure a sustainable future for our communities.

We were honored to join the Terra Madre Asia & Pacific Public Talks & Conferences on “Food, Farming, and the Climate Crisis: Building Resilience Together,” alongside Mr. Roberto Espinosa and Mr. Imanul Huda, moderated by Ms. Pacita Juan from Slow Food Manila.

During the forum, I emphasized the need to rethink incentives, strengthen local governance, and ground decisions in data and community knowledge.
