Mayor Javi Elected Co-Chairman of Sub-Provincial Health Board

Victorias City Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez was elected co-chairman of the Central Sub-Provincial Health Board of Directors alongside Mayor Rex Jalandoon of La Carlota City, May 24. The election transpired during the Central Sub Provincial Health System Organizational Meeting in Nature’s Village Resort, Talisay City. They were the first to convene and establish a Sub Provincial Health Board in the whole Province of Negros Occidental. The Sub-Provincial Health System promises to improve the delivery of healthcare services in the Province of Negros Occidental. It is aligned with the Universal Healthcare System implementation of the Department of Health.
