Mayor Javi Spreads Love for Valentine’s Day

Victorias City Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez is the real Valentine for this year’s celebration of Valentine’s Day, as he surprised city employees with chocolates and roses, February 14. A total of 93 single employees in Victorias LGU received roses and chocolates from the City Mayor, a thoughtful gesture of appreciation and love. “I hope your day is full of love. Happy Valentine’s Day,” Mayor Javi wrote in a special note attached in each Valentine’s gift. In return, city employees had expressed their gratitude to the City Mayor through heartfelt video messages and social media posts.
